I have been a registered nurse since Sept. 2019, working extensively in bedside critical care roles, and now in nursing leadership. I have also earned a dual MSN-MSM degree. Through these experiences, I have always been drawn to the preceptor / tutor / role model aspects of nursing. I love to use my experience to empower other nurses.
