How to be a solutions provider?
IT or Information Technology has come a long way since the first Pentium computer and windows 95. Nowadays computers are prevalent in all areas of life. For example our homes, workplace, the hospital, your local grocery store and many more. What is a solutions provider? A person who has a broad base skill set in IT and knows how to fix everyday problems. The problem might be complex or an easy fix. Both of which requires a solution that meets the customer's requirements (time, money, scope). To become a good solutions provider requires one to master IT jargon, have hands-on experience with a multitude of devices, equipment (systems) and programming languages. Good communication skills are essential as we are trying to solve customers requirements. Lastly, proper planning and time management are vital to complete the task or project within the agreement.

How to learn and speak English?
Coming from a native speaker's perspective. English is easy as ABC. From a non-native speaker, the scenario might be more challenging. However, there are a few steps to master English. First, you are required to understand grammar syntax and rules then follow up with reading comprehension and in turn learn writing essays. Once you have mastered grammar, comprehension, and writing, the language becomes easy. On the other hand, to speak English with confidence requires one to converse with an English speaking friend or tutor. Other media which can be helpful towards learning English is the Internet. By combining sound, image, and video. English becomes interactive and fun.
How to win friends and influence people?
First read the book by the same title, authored by Dale Carnegie. The book is timeless and has much advice on human communication. To be a master of communication requires practice, perseverance, and persistence. A great communicator can convey his or her message to a group or to an individual with precision, tact and to the point. The communicator can use a wide array of tactics to gain your attention or to influence your decision. In summary, reading and applying the concepts of the book gave me a greater understanding of human relations. Lastly, it has allowed me to win friends and influence people.
