I graduated from the Univ of South Carolina in May 2020 with a degree in Accounting. I am currently working at BMW Manufacturing in SC in the PACE Development program. My first 8-month rotation was in Leadership Training and my current rotation is in Financial Planning & Controlling.

2020 - 2021
2-year development program with three 8-month rotations in different functions of the plant. First Rotation - Leadership Training I designed, developed, and implemented a new mentoring program. Second Rotation - Paint Shop Financial Planning & Steering I am developing a Power BI Dashboard to visualize financials (month/year trends, comparison to targets, and key drivers). Defining process for inner-year forecasting and developing tool for completion.
