About Cabrilla
I am so pleased to work with any students who are struggling in their studies of writing at a University or K-12 level in any subject. I believe that consistency in writing across the curriculum is extremely important. This includes structure, analysis, presentation and grammar. I also enjoy assisting in finding authentic voices in students in concise ways that earn A's!

As a graduate student earning my Master's degree in English Language and Literature at Mills College, I am entering my second year as a composition and rhetoric TA and a writing center fellow. Currently, I am employed as a guest teacher by the Oakland Unified School District.

Created and oversaw the implementation of physical education, culinary performing and visual arts curriculum for a group of 40 seven and eight year old children. Supervised four to eight rotating staff per day. Led eighteen field trips across the bay area while keeping children safe. Provided first aid, recommended disciplinary action, and called parents to communicate concerns.
