If you were tutoring a math student who does not enjoy math, how do you get them interested?

I'd also find out more about their individual interests and try to build their interests into my lessons. I tutored a student like this last year for their middle school math class. Whenever they resisted their math work, I'd refer to a practical example of that math concept to help them understand the relevance.

Can you describe your process for planning and executing a programming task?
Understanding the software development process and product life cycle is a vital part of working as a software engineer. As everyone works differently, an interviewer asking this question will be interested to learn about the way you work, and whether this will fit within their company culture.
