My undergraduate education is in nursing, earned Jewish Hospital School of Nursing, Cincinnati, Ohio, allowing me to be employed as a registered nurse for forty years. My graduate degree is in theology, attaining a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary, addition studies n Humanities were completed at Xavier University, Cincinnati. Currently, I am working on attaining a certificate in the Art of Storytelling at South Mountain Community College.
Early in my career I developed and taught many seminars and lead workshops on specialty nursing topics. Prior to becoming an adjunct professor, I taught and tutored elementary through high school students in various venues such as private tutoring and classes in churches and community venues. In about 2010 I began teaching as an adjunct professor for the Maricopa Community College System.
