What are three lifestyle changes that a person can make to become healthier?
In my opinion, when it comes to healthy living, first thing is always to drink more water. It Increases energy and relieves fatigue, It promotes Weight Loss and flushes out toxins. Drinking lots of water improve skin complexion and boost immune system. Second lifestyle change should be to eliminate all kinds of pops if someone wants to drink juice than it should be made at home from fresh fruits. Lastly, every person should workout or just go for the run first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. What that does is your body uses fats for energy and calories burns faster.
What sports can you think of where men and women compete against each other as equals?
In my opinion, every sport can have women and men compete as equals. We live in the 21st century where women have made so much progress that headlines of their outshining performances can be seen almost in every sport. Personally, I would like to name few where not only women can be considered equal to men but can even surpass them. Such as badminton, soccer, table tennis, snooker, volleyball, golf, hockey, and tennis.
Are there many things that the old can teach the young or are they hopelessly out of touch by the time they reach a certain age?
Old can teach countless things to the young as they have their whole life’s experience in hand. Some may question their ability because of the age but do not forget that nothing speaks louder than experience. They have seen so many ups and downs in life that the first thing they teach naturally, is the ability to stay patient and love your close ones. when someone says “hopelessly out of teaching” they mean the age where someone is medically unfit to even respond back otherwise age is just a number, for example, think of grandparents, don’t they mostly come up with the best advice and are closest to their grandsons and granddaughters?
