About Jessica
Professor Gilpatrick holds an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Southern Maine’s Stonecoast Program and a B.A. in English from Wheaton College in Massachusetts, with a minor in Comparative International Politics. She is the recipient of a Ludwig Vogelstein grant to support her current novel-in-progress and she has also completed the "Principles of Editing" course at Harvard University. She lives in Maine with her husband and frug puppy named Tina Jean Tater.
