About Danny
I graduated Cornell University in May 2016 with a bachelor's degree for my biology/biochemistry major. I am a pre-medical student who plans to take a gap year to prepare myself for medical school applications. Finally, I was part of a major cognitive science undergraduate research lab for 2.5 years, being part of a team that researches attentional boost effects and virtual spatial memory.
Teaching Experience
My secondary role in my undergraduate research lab in cognitive science was to teach and train other lab members with experimental logistics and the research we're doing in the cognitive science field. I have also been tutoring math to junior high school students and differential equations to college students part-time during my semesters in college.

Work Experience
Attention Memory Perception Lab of Cornell University, Head Undergraduate Research
2014 - 2016
I recruited and ran participants through experiments programmed and coded in MATLAB to collect data for analysis. This led me to become familiarized with the Eyelink software that was used in the eye tracking study, and gave me the opportunity to learn R coding and Microsoft Excel functions to perform data analysis for statistical significance.
Total Care Medical Center, Clinical Intern
2015 - 2015
I filed patients’ paperwork, insurance, administrative, and medical records, learned to perform check-in routines on patients that include measuring their blood pressures, administering breath tests, proctoring eye and hearing examinations, and running electrocardiograms. Finally, I became familiarized with clinical registry software that enables management of patients’ files and appointments
