Answer:

Writing on a regular basis will help to improve one's writing. It is also helpful to let someone else edit one's writing. Even the best of writers can benefit from having their writing edited. Also reading on a regular basis is tremendously important in helping one to develop good writing skills.

Question:

Why is it important to use up-to-date sources when one is writing about the law?

Answer:

The law is constantly changing. Every week new statutes, regulations, and appellate court decisions may be issued. If one is writing about the law, one must always check to see whether a statute or regulation has been amended recently. And of course one must always check to see whether a rule of law from an appellate court's decision has not recently been overruled or changed in any way.

Answer:

Grammar can be viewed as the way that words in a sentence relate to each other. Grammar is important in that it helps to provide clarity. Clarity is, of course, vitally important for communication to be effective.
