A librarian would provide a lesson on online databases that might be available through the school or public library, as well as instruction on how to choose a reliable website and available print sources for the selected topic of research.

How does a teacher provide accurate detailed information on any given topic for United States History with supporting evidence?

A teacher should research the topic looking for primary sources to begin. These sources would include but not limited to the Constitution, Declaration of Independence, First person accounts, diaries, and etc. For example, if the teacher is preparing a lesson on Indigenous People of the United States, one may use the Indian Removal Act to show how lands were taken away by this Act and the Trail of Tears moved Indigenous Tribes to land that no only hindered their culture but killed thousands. A teacher would also use secondary sources to support the primary sources. All evidence that is actual documented information in history.

How does a person present with a group?

A person should prepare before the date of presentation by knowing exactly the topic that will be presented, research topic, create an outline, prepare notecards or bullet point document with information for presentation for the speaker and practice before multiple times before the actual presentation.
