Copy photo id and insurance cards; collect cop payment enter data into computerized charting system. take client to back office and describe how you would obtain objective data such as vital signs, eye screening, change client into exam robe, obtain chief concerns for the visit. review medications. after visit copy any prescriptions and provide exit paperwork. clean room and prepare for next client.
