Hi! My name is Ryan (he/him/they/them) and I have recently divorced from academia and am happily working in the real world. I am a healthcare data analyst with more free time than I had as a grad student. I enjoy running, reading, and 'rithmatic. My research focus in grad school was experimental high energy particle physics; the neutrino particles, specifically. I'm also interested in veganism, long-distance running, and my dog. But I won't bring any of that stuff up unless you ask.

I started teaching and tutoring for the Purdue Physics Department as a sophomore. My teaching responsibilities involved monitoring the PHYS 272 (E&M) lab and answering questions. My tutoring responsibilities involved monitoring the "help-room" and answering any physics questions anyone had. My senior year I dropped the teaching and tutored full time.
