Follow the steps to perform yogasan in which body becomes like "Hal" so this is known as "Halasan" *Hal-It is a tool made of wood used a traditional tool for preparing soil for sowing seeds.Hal means Plow and Asan means Pose 1)Lie on your back with your arms beside you, palms downwards. 2)Now slowly lift your feet off the floor, raising your legs vertically at a 90-degree angle. breathe normally and while supporting your hips and back with your hands, lift them off the ground. 3) Allow your legs to sweep in a 180-degree angle over your head till your toes touch the floor. Keep in mind that your back will be perpendicular to the floor. 4) Hold this pose and let your body relax. 5) After about a minute (lesser time for beginners) gently bring your legs down on exhalation.
