Which President served more than three full terms as President of the United States? How was this possible?

Jordan P.

Question:

Calculate the slope that is passing between the two points (1 , 2) and (3 , 3)?

Jordan P.
Answer:

When calculating the slope, you must use the formula (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1). This is also known as the rise over the run. Imagine on the graph the y axis rises from the origin point (0 , 0) , which the x axis runs away from the origin point. To determine you points, the sets will be rewritten as (x1 , y1) and (x2 , y2). Solve. (y2-y1) / (x2- x1) (3 - 2) / (3 - 1) Simplify (1) / (2) Answer = 1/2 or 0.5
