Questions
Subject: Sociology
How does one's environment affect them?
People are deeply affected by their environments and the argument that people are a product of their environments is extremely accurate. People thrive in environments where they feel supported and are provided with the resources that they need and if a person is in an unsupportive environment, they can certainly lose motivation and develop something called learned helplessness.
Subject: Psychology
What is knowledge and can our brains be shaped?
Knowledge is a set of information and skills that are obtained through experience and learning. Our brains can be changed and reshaped through something called neuroplasticity which means that we can unlearn information and learn new things about the same concepts, topics.
Subject: Government
What are the three main purposes of government and could our society exist without them?
The three main purposes of government are to create laws, have law and order, and ensure the safety of a country's people. Our society could not exist without laws because these laws dictate in many ways our ways of viewing right and wrong and people need them as a structure to know what is acceptable and what is unacceptable behavior. Without the law and order and the systems in place to protect people, people would be in danger and there would be nothing mandated that a government help its people.
