What are 5 studying habits that can improve your test score and lower your anxiety levels?
1. Organize yourself - set up a schedule of when you are going to study. I have high anxiety levels and this lets me have time for myself. 2. Divide the work up - do not procrastinate and study one topic every night with your last night being a big review of everything. If you leave everything for the last night, i guarantee you will not learn the necessary information. 3. Find a study group - studying with friends allows you to learn from your peers. 4. Highlight your questions - highlight what you don't understand and bring those questions to your next class or your professor. Plan to do this before the last day to ensure that you will have all your answers before the exam. 5. Practice speaking out loud - say the information to a friend or family member (or even a mirror) because if you can explain the information out loud, it shows you fully understand the material.
What does it mean to be self - actualized?
Self - actualization is a continuous process of realizing our own unique potential coined by Abraham Maslow. This sits at the top of the hierarchy of needs.
What is the difference between a director and a producer on a set?
The director gives directions to the cast and crew depending on his or her vision of the project. This person takes care of more of the "production" and "post production" aspects. The producer manages the film's finance, marketing, and distribution. This person handles more of the "pre production" and oversees the "production" stage of filming.
