Answer:

No, nobody is a bad writer. At least nobody is condemned to be a bad writer forever. I have training and experience as a writer tutor, as well as some accolades for my academic and creative projects. I can help you put your thoughts and ideas onto paper in a clear, concise, and organized manner.

Subject: Religious Studies

Question:

What is the difference between Religious Studies and theology?

Answer:

Theology is a matter of belief, or a faith in a given doctrine. Often this faith occurs alongside a designated way of life and rules for people of a certain religion to adhere. Religious Studies is the study of a religion regardless of personal belief. A course may cover a religion's origin story, a central figure, impacts a religion has on the culture which practices it, religious holidays, etc. I have studied all three Abrahamic religions, as well as Hinduism and Buddhism.

Subject: Philosophy

Question:

What is philosophy and how can it be applied to questions of cultural relevance?

Answer:

Philosophy is, simply, a love of wisdom. Ancient Greeks pursued questions of how an individual ought to live; this resulted in a variety of schools, including Stoics, Skeptics, Epicureans. Each of these disciplines has had an influence on modern philosophy as philosophers continue the pursuit of 'the good life.' Philosophy can be applied to almost any subject, including science, law and politics, argumentation, literature, and religion. The way in which we pursue questions in any discipline and decide what qualities are necessary for truth is modern philosophy. My specialties include but are not limited to logic, feminist ethics, and existentialism.
