What are your most valuable talents and skills?
When looking at a self reflective question such as the one listed above, you'll always want to answer in a way that is truly authentic or else you won't gain anything in terms of development. It's important to be self aware and able to reflect on these types of questions because they can be very indicative of where you will fit in to an organization or even what job you should be doing.

When writing a paper, what is one of the most important steps?
A lot of people might think that coming up with the right topic is the most important step of writing a paper but it actually starts way before that. The most important step is to fully understand the assignment and what is expected of you. You'll want to know the length of the paper, how many sources are needed, you'll want to make sure that you don't take on a project topic that's too narrow or too broad. You'll want to know what question(s) you're trying to answer.
Can you think of a time when you're NOT communicating?
The truth is, we're never NOT communicating! Our bodies, our facial expressions, our SILENCE are constantly giving us away. If you're ignoring someone, you're sending a message that you don't want to speak with them. Our nonverbal message can mismatch what our verbal message is saying as well. Can you give me some other examples?
