I worked as an assistant for a master student’s thesis project on insects as bio indicators for ephemeral streams. My work has included some insect identification and abundance counts for insect orders Coleoptera, Diptera, Isopoda, Aranae, Hymenoptera. Additionally, there was completion of vegetation samples searching for more insects, separating them by insect order, and then entering their counts into an excel work sheet to record their respective abundance.
