Answer:

Education is at a technological crossroads. The COVID-19 pandemic forced many schools to shift to online learning. Teachers and students had no choice but adapt to a variety of unforeseen and unprecedented challenges. Moving forward, it will be imperative that school officials find innovative software and training solutions to help teachers and students adapt to a world which is increasingly online, both within and outside of the symbolic sanctity of school walls.

Answer:

The most important aspect of intercultural relationships is being able to develop empathy even when you do not understand or relate to another person. Empathy begins and ends with listening. Listening is an undervalued and yet essential skill which helps dismantle walls between cultural groups. When the heart of someone is engaged, his or her mind will soon follow.

Answer:

I am motivated when there is a problem to solve, and that solution will improve the world in some way. I am motivated by ideas. I am motivated by the act of digging for the truth using every reliable resource at my disposal, and using that knowledge to innovate. I love input. I love learning. I consider myself a social equity visionary because I am most motivated by executing on well-developed plans which serve our country's most vulnerable populations.
