Why use a front-end framework?
While most web designers can build a fully responsive website that looks great and works in most browsers, front-end frameworks enable teams and businesses to speed up development, provide standardization, account for cross browser compatibility, support, and they just work 99.9% of the time! So what is a front-end framework? A front-end framework is a tool set that front-end developers can use to build websites or web-apps such as Bootstrap, Material Design, Titan, or Less! On another positive note, users are typically use to seeing these features, so they're bound to love your design!
When designing product, who's voice matters the most?
A Product Manager must think about many actors within the ecosystem. There are the Business Leaders who have a strategic vision, the developers who are comfortable within their skill sets, and the customers who have particular expectations. The answer to the question is held within the description of the Product Manager. All actors must be taken into account. It is the role of the Product Manager to sit at the cross section of all actors and make a decision. Having a biased toward one actor over another can potentially lead to a product design that is not thought through and could lead to slower delivery times.
Why should a business use SCRUM project management?
SCRUM project management provides transparency and a voice to all business units. When business needs change (as they do) the Agile process seamlessly allows for the change. By designing features, prioritizing them by stakeholder value, and then building them out as a thing vertical slice, you are putting your customer first by delivering your product! At the end of the day, your product must be used and valued by your customers to increase the overall value of your organization.
