About Emily
As a lifelong learner and educator, i find it essential to encourage independent thought and critical thinking, as well as provide tools with which to utilize when working with difficult concepts and material.
I have studied and worked in a very wide range of classroom settings, and have learned that creating an environment where students feel encouraged, empowered, and excited to engage, in whatever way they are able, is a key marker of success.
Teaching Experience
Teaching Experience
As a motivated educator and youth advocate, I have worked directly with students in all grade levels, including at the university and post-graduate level.
