How do you structure your writing?
How you structure your writing depends on what you are writing. There are many different structures for poems such as free verse or sonnet. You could be writing a book, article, poem, or even just an essay for school. How is a word structured in English?
The study of word structure is called Morphology which uses root words, prefixes, and suffixes to create a compound word. An example of this is happiness and unhappy. Both of these words use the root word of happy. However, the word happiness has the suffix -ness and the grammatical change of the y to i. The word unhappy uses the prefix un- to change the word happy to mean not happy.
