My training and background are in education, I spent most of my time in the K-12 classroom teaching vocal music, general classroom and even writing some curriculum. I love teaching at a variety of levels and ages and I love helping students to be equipped for the real world and for lifelong learning. I have been teaching voice lessons for over 10 years, I am trained in classical music as well as the Kodaly method. I have loved having hundreds of students in my studio over the years. I enjoy helping students meet their goals of becoming better singers, building awareness of their musical strengths and maintaining healthy habits to remainnd a lifelong singer.

I thought K-8 vocal music, was an in-house substitute teacher and also designed curriculum for and taught the beginning of a school year two middle school Spanish class. I had every student in the school for music class and was able to incorporate each grade into performing concerts and many students during other extracurricular activities such as plays and musicals.
