What does it mean to write well?
Simply put: Writing well is how we prove to the world that we think well. No one can know our mind unless we reveal it through the way we write. Our thoughts are inaudible unless written with a pen or typed with a keyboard. Writing is what connects minds, creating an intricate web of thoughts expressed. When we write well, we skillfully express our most sophisticated and detailed thoughts. The better we write, the better we express our thoughts.
Is history just the things that have happened?
Yes and No. History is absolutely the past in the sense that it is the study of humans and their actions before us. However we study history because the past influences and informs the present. This means that history is not just the things that have happened. Instead History is the things that have happened that explain the things that are happening now.
How does one write a sentence?
3 simple steps: 1) think about what one has to say 2) think about how one wants to say it (taking audience and content into account) 3) summon necessary grammatical, syntactical, as well as semantic components so that word choice is precise and grammar aids the expression of the thought into the sentence.
