Quand on veut rire de quelque chose, il faut trouver la ligne entre la liberté d’expression, qui est un droit, et un crime de la haine, qui est un crime. Je crois qu’on peut trouver la distinction entre une blague et une action de haine dans l’intention du comédien. Les Guignols de l’Info se moque du Président en disant qu’il gagne des poids or qu’il fait très peu pour changer l’économie mais on ne dit pas qu’il est inférieur ou qu’il doit mourir à cause de ses croyances. La ligne est moins claire quand Dieudonné jure que la geste de quenelle n’est pas antisémite mais antisystème parce que on doit se demander si c’est acceptable de montrer une haine pour les autres. Je crois que la challenge en trouver cette distinction c’est trouver celui qui décidera ou mettre cette ligne. Ce qu’on peut tous accepter malgré nos opinions au sujet de la liberté d’expression c’est que cette ligne n’est pas claire. Je pense qu’on doit avoir la respecte pour les opinions d’autre quand on veut rire ou s’exprimer, mais on ne doit pas se laisser les opinions des autres à nous taire.

Hydrogen bonding! In the liquid state, the molecules of water are not as densely packed, so each individual molecule is making fewer hydrogen bonds than they do in the solid state (about 4 hydrogen bonds per molecule). With fewer bonds in the liquid state, more spatial arrangements are available, and thus more entropy! Surprisingly, more disorder in the liquid allows tighter packing.

This is a condensation reaction coupled with the hydrolysis of the the nucleoside triphosphate. 2. When the pyrophosphatase dissociates, the DNA polymerase can relax and is moved over to receive another nucleotide to be added 3. Energy stored in the bond between tRNA and the amino acid is harnessed for polypeptide elongation (the covalent addition of the next amino acid) 4. Microtubules undergo dynamic stability with GTP hydrolysis, which changes subunit conformation and weakens the bond
