What are constructors used for in Java? How to define constructors.

Constructors are basically the place where your class gets instantiated ,instantiated means its variable are given an initial value.Name of constructor has to be same as class and there should be no return type of a constructor.Let's see this with an example: If class is tutor me then public class tutorme { private static int number_of_tutors; private static int number_of_students; //now we will define a constructor tutorme() { number_of_tutors=10; number_of students=1000; } /* Now when we make a class(using followinng command),first thing which would happen is tutorme() will get executed and corresponding variables will be assigned value as shown*/ tutorme xyz=new tutorme();

What is Ohm's law ?

Ohm's law is the most fundamental concept of current theory or circuit theory. It states a relationship between the potential difference between two ends of a conductor(V),current flowing between the conductor(I) and Resistance(R) offered by the conductor.The relation is simple and is V=IR i.e. Current and Potential difference between two ends of conductor follow a linear relationship.

What is the difference between prediction and forecasting?Does Stochastic modeling predict or forecast results?

Prediction is when the outcome of an event or simulation which we are doing is probabilistic in nature,that is the analysis yields a probability of how much likely is that the event would occur. On the other hand, forecasting gives us the definite value of an outcome after analysis. That is to say ,forecasting assumes an event is happening and then tells the value of the parameter we are interested in. Stochastic modeling tells us the forecasted value.Example If we want to predict furure wind speeds,then we use ARMA model,supply it with historical data,make model and this model will forecast what will be the future speed,it would give us an exact value.
