Question:

What are "healthy fats" and how are they important to a good diet?

Kristi S.
Answer:

There are healthy fats and unhealthy fats in our diet - healthy tend to be unsaturated and mono-unsaturated, while unhealthy tend to be saturated. Healthy fats are vital to good brain formation and function and to help "flush out" some of the unhealthy fats from our system (such as LDL cholesterol). Examples of health fats would be avocados, most nuts, and certain oils like olive oils.

Question:

Who was the "Dark Lady" in Shakespeare's sonnets?

Kristi S.
Answer:

There are many theories as to the identity of the "Dark Lady..." Some hypothesize she was a paramour Shakespeare met and loved during his time in London, others think she was actually a he and may have been a male love interest, and yet others believe there was no real Dark Lady, that she was just a figment of Shakespeare's imagination meant to create a lurid, scandalous theme to his writing and increase his popularity amongst the masses.
