There are healthy fats and unhealthy fats in our diet - healthy tend to be unsaturated and mono-unsaturated, while unhealthy tend to be saturated. Healthy fats are vital to good brain formation and function and to help "flush out" some of the unhealthy fats from our system (such as LDL cholesterol). Examples of health fats would be avocados, most nuts, and certain oils like olive oils.

There are many theories as to the identity of the "Dark Lady..."
