Since a very young age, I have always been involved in multiple activities, whether it was acting, figure skating, swimming, dance, music, Jiu-Jitsu, or even Kumon (an extra-curricular math and reading program). I've taught in both structured and unstructured classrooms; working at Kumon Math and Reading Center for 5 years, I followed the "Kumon Method" to guide my students, but during experiences where I had more teaching leeway (for example, in GPI US and TEACH at UCLA), I only was provided with a topic of focus, and the style of teaching this topic was at my discretion.
