Diabetic patients often suffer from peripheral neuropathy in which sensation is diminished in their feet and hands. They often times do not feel an injury until much later and people suffering from diabetes are slower to heal.
An individual has the following symptoms: Inability to regulate emotion or react appropriately in response to situations. Demonstrates splitting behavior (term used to describe the often rapid and extreme switching back and forth between a strong affinity and strong for an individual). Claims to have feelings of inadequacy and constantly seeks validation from others. History of self destructive behavior including self mutilation. What is this individual suffering from?
