I retired recently as a professor of biophysics after 18 years of research and teaching for UTMB, Auburn University, and University of Houston. Before coming to the US, I worked as Associate Professor in the National Institute of Chemical Physics and Biophysics, Tallinn (1982- 1989) and on visiting faculty of University of Paris-Sud, Orsay (1989-90), University of Stuttgart (1991) and Ecole Polytechnique, France (1992-98).

I taught and tutored in physics and math at all levels from high school through college to graduate studies. I helped to improve students’ performance in classes and excel in standardized admissions tests. I work with students of all levels of physics and math understanding. Importantly, all my students believe that they can get better at math and physics.
