About Nichelle
Nichelle decided to become a librarian at the age of 14 when she volunteered at a public library and continued to work in libraries from that point forward. Currently, she is an Education Librarian, at a large university offering programs in medicine, biomedical sciences, and allied health. She provides guest lectures, tutorials, and workshops to all faculty, staff, and students upon request and as needed. She is an advocate for online learning strategies and consistently keeps abreast with the latest trends.

My teaching experience began in 2006 as a faculty librarian in Virginia. Since then, I have created content for several credit-bearing courses for undergraduates and recently completed a 100% online course for post doctoral students. I briefly worked as a Library Media Specialist for grades 4 -8 for one year where I received Teacher of the Month in December of 2012.
