I have been an adjunct professor, working between half-time and full-time, for eight years. Before that, I had a tenure track position as an Inorganic Chemist at a private university which I gave up for family reasons, and before that, I had a 2-year teaching postdoc after receiving my Ph.D. Between my current position and my tenure-track position, I was an online tutor for three years.
