A recipe for cream cheese chocolate cake requires 3/4 cups of milk, how much milk would be required for four cakes?
The questions require the multiplying fractions, so instead of adding out 3/4 four times, we can use multiplication. To do this we will need to put four over one (4/1) to make it in to a fraction and then we would multiply that by 3/4 (i.e. 3/4* 4/1). Doing this we get 12/4 which then simplifies to 3. So to make four cakes 3 cups of milk will be required.
Chemiosmosis is an energy coupling mechanism that uses energy stored in the form of a Hydrogen gradient across a membrane to drive cellular work, explain the role of chemiosmosis in Oxidative Phosphorylation.
Chemiosmosis and the Electron Transport Chain together compose Oxidative Phosphorylation. This is said because ADP is phosphorylated and oxygen is a necessity. to keep the elections flowing. The Electron transport chain transports and pumps protons which then creates a H^+ gradient across the membrane. These now H^+ goes in to ATP synthase which powers the flow of the H^+ back across the membrane to go back through the electron transport chain.
The body has four abdominal quadrants; the Right Upper (RUQ), the Right Lower (RLQ), the Left Upper (LUQ), and the Left Lower (LLQ), these quadrants break down into nine regions; Name the nine regions of the abdominal cavity and tell in what quadrant and region is the appendix located in.
The nine regions of the body consist of the left and right Hypochondriac region, the left and right lumbar region, the left and right Iliac region, the Epigastric region, the Umbilical region, and the Hypogastric region. The appendix is located in the Right Lower Quadrant, and the right Iliac region.
