Question:

Describe Muslim beliefs about what happens to evil doers after death.

Answer:

Musilims, as like Christians, have the concept of Heaven and Hell. Sinners, deemed by god, will be sent to Hell Fire. However, this will not happen until the Day of Judgement, where Allah will judge according to deeds. Resurrected humans and Jinn (those made of fire) will either be granted Paradise or sent to the eternal flames. One key difference between Christianity and Islam is that in Islam humans are not born sinners, but become so through actions after puberty.

Answer:

There are countless ways in which the rise of Islam has affected civilization, however one example is in the preservation of Roman and Greek works by Islamic Scholars. These would then be passed on to European society via the various Crusades, reintroducing Greek and Roman ideas to Europe and summing the emergence of the Renaissance.

Question:

What is one way in which the decisions made at the Paris Peace Conference with the Treaty of Versailles, affect the emergence of the German Nazi Party and the start of World War Two.

Answer:

One way in which the peace settlements outlined in the Treaty of Versailles would lead to the emergence of the Nazi Party was the immense reparations to be paid by the German Nation that would lead to great economic depression. This economic disaster would pave way for terrible inflation, unemployment, and general feelings of unrest that would play straight into the rhetoric of Adolf Hitler.
