I am a recent graduate of Michigan State University. I majored in Psychology with a minor in Anthropology. I have a passion for learning and sharing any knowledge I can get my hands on with the people around me. Hobbies include reading extensively, drawing, painting, climbing, sewing, cooking, and gaming.
I have tutored many people in my life in both a casual setting (friends, younger siblings, older family members) and a professional one. I have taught all ages, from 5 year olds just learning to read and write to adults well into their career. I have taught a range of topics including history, art, biology, English, literature, geography, and mathematics with a focus on geometry and Algebra.

Pekham Footprints is an organization with a variety of functions all geared towards helping the population. One home I taught at were an alternative route for children in the court system to take as a result of misconduct for girls from middle to high school. I taught between 2 and 6 girls daily in a variety of subjects including genetics, art history, physics, politics, basic mathematics, history, and the chemistry of cooking. Teaching Assistant for Algebra 1 and 2 under professors Susan Allan and Julie Cioni. I led two classes of 20-30 students each weekly. Lessons consisted of reviewing concepts learned in class, answering homework questions, covering material the professors did not have time for in class, weekly quizzes, exam reviews, and exams.
Additional duties include writing the lesson plan, grading, and periodic meetings with both professors.

In conjunction with my time as a teaching assistant I tutored 2 nights a week in a Math Learning Center on campus. Students came in from any math class and asked questions on homework problems, practice sets, and exam reviews.
