About Chase

About Chase
I graduated from VCU in 2017 with a degree in political science. After that I became a substitute teacher, and realized how much I like working with students. I know a lot of students are struggling right now with so much being online, and I want to help.

Teaching Experience

Teaching Experience
I've been a substitute teacher since April of 2018 I work with all grades PreK- 12 and special education in all subjects. Before that, I was a Teaching Assistant for English classes at VCU. I read papers, gave feedback, assisted in lesson planning, held office hours and would eventually go on to be a teaching assistant mentor. That means I worked with new teaching assistants to show them the ropes.
