I'm working on a rendering of an open green area for a class and I'm not sure how to photoshop the trees for a realistic look.
Nature can be difficult to incorporate in renderings. Find trees online that belong to your context (beach, forest...what city does your rendering belong to? you need vegetation that grows there). Depending on whether you will print the rendering or not you will need 150-300dpi quality image. Printers print well 200-300dpi. For screens only 150dpi is good. Nothing less than 72dpi for the image. On a separate document cut out the trees roughly in photoshop. With the eraser tool at its softest haze the edges of the tree(s). Bring the trees to your rendering. Multiply the tree(s) layer(s) (you can also use other filters). Voilà!
How can I make the "erre" sound? I have tried for a long time and I'm not able to figure it out :(
The "erre" sound in Spanish is one of the most difficult to articulate for foreigners but do not be discouraged! Try to think of things that sound similar to that sound (ex.: a car engine starting) and imitate the sound they make. Imagine you are playing with toy cars with your little sibling, what sound do you make when the car is moving? Notice your tongue rolls and vibrates? Is the same sound as the "erre" in Spanish, now try it with a Spanish word. Better? Now try it with a full sentence.
"People is" or "people are"?
"People", even though is written in singular form, is a word that refers to a collection of individuals (a group). Therefore, the correct form is "people are". Ex.: The people are tired of waiting for you. You are already 3 hours late!
