Typically in marketing when people refer to cash cow company it often refers to an organization or business units that will produce steady income, but has limited growth potential.
What is the different between a stock an an option.
A stock is to be considered as a "portion of ownership" that belong to the person that owns shares within a given corporation at a time. An option is a contract that gives someone the right to buy or sell an underlying asset at any given period of time.
What is the difference between contribution margin and net income?
Contribution Margin looks at simply your revenue - variable cost, you typically look at contribution margin/ unit to figure out how many units you will need to sell in order to cover your total fixed cost. net income is revenue - both fixed and variable cost which tells you how much profit you accrued in a given period.
