How can I help my writing be engaging?
I find writing to be more enjoyable when it has a change of pace. Write a couple long sentences and then one short five word long one. This can break the paragraph up and make it easier to read. If writing a short story, put a lighthearted part (Could be one sarcastic sentence) in a drama to give the readers a break. Too much drama and they get numb to it. In a comedy make sure that you have tension and a small problem to keep the plot and story moving.
How do you film and cut a video so it runs smoothly?
There are a couple of quick rules to try follow. When you shoot, if you are going to change your angle, make sure that this angle is more than 30 degrees. Otherwise the viewer can get disjointed. Also always stay on the same 180 degree plain. If you shoot your character looking to the right side of the screen, make sure they are always looking to the right. Finally when editing, try to cut on action. If you're in a close up and a character starts to run their fingers through their hair, then have them finish the action in a wide shot. If a character finishes an action in next shot, it will make the two takes flow together.
How does communication translate between businesses and the regular people?
There are many different ways that each group influences the other. Businesses want to sell their products so they are influenced by the people to make goods can can be bought. The people can also be influenced by the ads they see and can be tricked into thinking that they need or want a product. Take the movie industry for example. The production companies only want to make movies that they think will make money. What they make depends on what the average person is willing to see. But people also go see movies they normally wouldn't because the trailers advertise well and they think they have to or else they will miss an important movie in TV culture.
