As a member of my school’s GlobeMed group, a class representative of the Program in Liberal Medical Education Senate, and a player on the men’s rugby team, I highly value community engagement. Spare time often will consist of modifying my workout routine and nutrition, reading the latest self-improvement and behavioral science books, and meditating. Meditation especially has been an integral part of my day-to-day routine, so I would love to talk to any of my tutees on how to get started and go about the process. And that’s free of charge!

Forming and spearheading study groups has always been a strength of mine throughout high school and college. Friends and classmates would often refer to me to help review before a test or in-class essay.
