Hello! My name is Kassidy, and I'm from Los Angeles, California. I come from a hardworking family that is very passionate about social justice issues. I work with the organization the Feminist Majority Foundation to spread feminism, knowledge, and funds throughout secondary schools in America as well as in developing countries. I am also heavily involved in the nonprofit Found Animals where I adopt out animals, give vet checkups, and hold training for incoming volunteers, and care for the animals.
When I'm not volunteering, I love to read,
I recently graduated from Pilgrim School with high honors, and this fall I will be attending Cornell University. While at Pilgrim School, I tutored several students in subjects such as history, English, and math. I was able to help raise grades, and one student, in particular, I took from failing classes to making our school's honor roll. Right now, I am tutoring a couple of younger students through the college admissions process. I am proofing their essays, giving them strategies, as well as prepping them for interviews.
