What is the difference between natural selection and sexual selection?
Natural selection is a process where only the organisms that are best fit to live in their environment survive and are able to have offspring. Sexual selection is a choice by one organism that does not always pass on the most fit genes. For instance with peacocks, those large tail feathers make them slower and more noticeable to prey but the peacocks with the most impressive tail feathers are most often picked to reproduce and have offspring so those traits pass on.

How can the overuse of commercial fertilizers cause damage to a water ecosystem?
Commercial fertilizers have high levels of phosphorus. If that phosphorus leeches out into the water this normally causes a high level of algae to form. The algae then sucks all of the nutrition out of the water as well as can block sunlight getting to other organisms. This process is called eutrophication.
In the absence of oxygen, what happens to glucose in the cytoplasm?
In the absence of oxygen, glucose can do one of two things: it can either go through a process called lactic acid fermentation or a process called alcoholic fermentation.
