Tutor profile: Eric G.
Experienced Yale Graduate—Writing | English | Proofreading
Hello, I'm Eric. I studied psychology at Yale and work out of NYC where I tutor part-time. I've been teaching for over 10 years. I have extensive experience working with students from middle through high school in academics and test prep, and college and graduate students in subjects like psychology and statistics. I hear often from my students that I'm easy to understand, concise, and patient. Every student is different and I take great pride in working with each person and their personal strengths and weaknesses. I love to travel,
I started tutoring in high school. I have worked with students of all ages in academics (including Spanish), SAT/ACT test prep, and ESL. I particularly enjoy one-on-one teaching, and it is easy for me to connect with students. I have taught in classrooms in Mexico, Nepal, and Florida as an English teacher and teaching assistant.
