I work as a companion to someone that is living with Alzheimer’s. Due to Covid-19 and difficulties working remote, instead of working as a companion, I conduct research on Alzheimer’s disease.

I conduct research in the behavioral neuroscience department with hydra, a species of jellyfish. I also look at how hydra is able to fully reform after it has been grafted and to see how this is connected to the hydra’s neuronal system.
