Question:

What do you think are reliable study skills that should be implented in order for children to remember and understand the subjects they are learning?

Answer:

My method for learning to study is quite simple. You need to pick one subject at a time and focus on what you need to study about. Then you need to read the information you are studying and make written, legible, orderly notes. Form an outline from those notes. When that is complete study your outline until you know it by heart.

Question:

What is the best method for teaching ESL to young children and adults?

Answer:

There are many methods used to teach ESL to foreign speaking students. Some countries and languages offer their own tutor workbooks and guides for the tutor so that they don't have to know the foreign language to teach ESL to the student. You can also teach ESL by using the phonics method at any age. First you teach them the sounds of the letters in English, and then you help them move forward by helping them sound out words and then sentences.

Question:

Why do you think it is important for children to learn phonics and how do you teach them phonics?

Answer:

It is very important for children to learn phonics because it is how they learn to read and use the letters of the alphabet and it is the best way to teach them how to read. I have used the letter sound method to teach children basic phonics. First they learn the sound of each letter by itself. Then they start sounding out letters together and then small words. When they have reached the level of reading small words, they begin reading larger words and begin to read sentences. As they get better they begin to read books.
