I'm an MFA Candidate in Poetry at UMass Amherst, and I have experience both teaching and publishing my own creative and critical writing. I currently teach two sections of College Writing at UMass, and I've previously worked as a teaching assistant with students in comparative literature, history, and poetics undergraduate courses. I currently live in Northampton, MA, and in my spare time I bake, hike, and spend way too much time at the movies.
I currently work as a Teaching Associate for the UMass Amherst Writing Program, where I teach College Writing to primarily first-year undergraduate students. I've previously assisted professors in literature and history courses at The Evergreen State College, where I frequently lead seminars and gave feedback on student papers and creative work.
