After recent tension present on campus regarding racial diversity, I applied for and received a grant from Cornell to host a diversity summit called "Let's Talk About Diversity," which will be held in the spring of 2018. My job includes inviting guest speakers and promoting the summit to the Cornell community.

As a summer intern, I completed a literature review of studies examining interprofessional education and collaborative practice. With my findings, I made recommendations to the hospital on how to best implement interprofessional teamwork. I was also selected as one of the few summer interns to present findings before the hospital's executive and management teams.
Pharmaceutical Advertising and Research Lab at Cornell University, Undergraduate Research Assistant

In this lab, I assisted the head of Cornell's Policy Analysis and Management department in research on pharmaceutical advertising and individual behavioral outcomes. I used STATA to come up with results that I could interpret and draw conclusions from for bi-weekly presentations to the Professor in charge.
