I am currently a graduate student working towards a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. While I was an undergraduate, I majoring in psychology with minors in economics and advertising. I conducted several research projects, one of which was done abroad. I have presented at two conferences and am working towards a publication. I absolutely love learning!

I have experience tutoring online in essay writing. I enjoying being involved in that "aha" moment that students get when things are explained correctly and in a way that they can grasp. When tutoring, I make sure to focus on explanations of the changes that should be made. One way I accomplish this is by defining terms and giving examples. Then I check for understanding by seeing if the student can come to their own conclusion. I look at tutoring as an experience that should help your overall writing, not just correct one given essay.
